Each day, we record our thoughts in a journal. Here are some of the children's ideas and thoughts about our daily mindfulness program.
I am happy when I hear the rainstick and the wind chimes.
I felt like I was growing in my brain.
I thought the ideas of thoughts passing in and out was a great idea.
I learned I can close my eyes and think better.
I felt like someone was knocking on my head and everything was coming alive.
I was thinking about setting my thoughts into clouds/
I felt relaxed and comfortable.
I felt calm and was really focused and I entered my inside.
